As co-owner of Meridian Development, Colleen uses her diverse talents and passions to drive innovation and creativity within all aspects of the company. As a graduate of the U of S College of Law, Colleen’s role includes structure acquisitions, co-ownerships, and projects as the Director of Legal Affairs. Her passion for style and design were the catalyst behind this strategic partnership with Karl Miller and allow her to conceptualize project design and oversee finishing details. In leading through creativity and beauty, Escala will inspire people and unlock the possibilities and beauty that lies within Saskatoon.
As co-founder of Meridian Development, Ken’s support has been invaluable, both financially and as an experienced mentor. As Wensley Architecture’s Managing Principal, Mr. Weih has worked on a wide variety of projects at all stages of development. Determined to ensure that each project is delivered effectively to meet the client’s goals, Mr. Weih works closely with clients from the municipal approval process through to completion of construction. Mr. Weih is a LEED accredited professional and believes that each building should be designed to include appropriate sustainable design criteria and ensures every detail is considered.
Wensley Architecture’s design director brings decades of experience as an integral member of the company since 1988. Passionate about taking a client’s vision and transforming it into an aesthetically inspiring design, Banich has earned the firm recognition through numerous awards and publications. His passion for architecture and experience in retail design allow him to create innovative and one-of-a-kind designs within time and budget constraints.
